Shiney’s lawyers had also presented the girl’s phone records which indicate that she was talking to someone for more than half an hour between 3pm and 5pm, the duration of the alleged rape. Also, she had called Shiney 10 to 12 times on his landline the previous night, as also confirmed by the caller identification feature on the actor’s phone,” said a source close to the actor.
If the above is true, then what happened when the judgement was given? Did the judge ever consider these evidences which were presented? Were there any investigations to check what might have been the girl's motive behind this alegation?
What should general public expect from judiciary system?
Shiney Ahuja should be given justice. He is innocent and court can't ignore other facts which were presented.

Here we go a clear indication to prove Shiney's innocence with backup from Media as well.
I am surpriced that these facts were not looked/considered while making the judgement.
I also understand that Judge was actually reluctant in making decision on the judgement day and wanted to pospone again for 3rd/4th time just because it was India vs Pakistan Cricket match on that day.... a clear indication of casual approach and unwillingness to show any consideration to Shiney and his family.
He is innocent!
I m really shocked 2read the judgement against shiney.It's a shame that justice in India is at this stage ....just being celebrity doesn't mean that he will surely b culprit.seems like he's been trapped ...All my support to Shiney n his family who is facing a tough time fighting for truth n justice.
There is something more than what meets the eye... Mr. Shiney is innocent.... this is uncceptable judgement.. Need to reconsider!!!!
We all know that Shiney is innocent and stand by him and are ready to support in any possible way.
I have never heard house of a rape convict being sealed by forensics, never ever a fast track court handling such verdicts. Shiney has paid the price for being a celebrity.
Trust me this can happen to any one of us. Tommorrow our maids can do this and we may be behind the bars. The girl later on said that Shiney is innocent. Why was this not considered.
This verdict is mockery of the judicial system. The so called "evidences" on the basis of which the verdict was given proves nothing. nothing at all that would conclude rape.
Our heart goes out to Shiney. The entire film fraternity should stand with Shiney and support him
