Shiney Ahuja is a great son, father, husband, brother...he is innocent. I would like to invite public support to tell the world what you think about him, if you know him personally, professionally or as a human being.
I second that film stars are also human beings!The verdict has not just come as a shock, but it asks you to think twice if the justice has been actually done???
I don't know how many of you would agree with me on this, but to my true understanding and knowledge maximum no. of cases in this context are farce and a mere money making gimmick by the players sitting outside! He and his family were too innocent to be trapped in the rut created by the players or enemies.
I am no one to point my finger at our law or judiciary in this case , but just want to throw a question to you all that is it fair to give end number of twists and turns to such a case and end up with a verdict that is so harsh to even accept???
Why our media, law and the activists are not bothered about the maid who changed her statements in and out and now that the verdict has come, she doesn't seem to be there in the picture!
Is it just because that he was a celebrity , and being celebrity means one needs to be deprived of all the love , warmth and empathy from the world???
Today, it's 'Shiney' from the fraternity , tomorrow it can be anyone and the repercussions might be worst than what has taken place.
It's high time we all wake up to reality and defy something so unfair and shocking to believe!
Let's act together and stand by him and his family who deserve equal amount of respect, warmth, support, care and happiness as you all .
His career has been free of gimmicks and he has lent the same GRACE in being accused and sentenced to 7 years.
There is no burst of articles of how he has been wronged, no "positive media hype" , little image makers have not been hired to resurrect his image!
He is innocent and a victim to the power ploys and demented games of the corrupt and spineless.

In an article published on a prominent news website, freelance journalist, former crime reporter and celebrity publicist, Flynn Remedios of Futuristic Media Network, after extensive research and investigation, has pointed out a new conspiracy theory that suggests that Shiney Ahuja is not the villain, but a victim of blackmail himself.
In his article, Flynn Remedios says that he spoke to several officials at the Oshiwara Police Station over two days, officers from the ‘Detection Section’ as well as some other domestic helps and maids who worked in the same residential complex where Shiney Ahuja lives.
Flynn Remedios managed to track down a third, as yet unknown character in the “Rape Drama” – the so-called boyfriend of the alleged victim – Shiney Ahuja’s maidservant. The boyfriend or a ‘close friend’ of Shiney’s maid servant had a bad habbit of gambling. He also did drugs and was himself a small time thief.

Shiney is innocent. I simply cant understand the logic behind such a verdict. I have complete faith and believe in Shiney and I am sure there will be justice.
I strongly believe and know that Shiney Ahuja is completely innocent. He is being trapped..I wish that the judiciary system give him true justice and he comes out clean.. I urge the people and the Judiciary system to support him and his family... All my prayers for him..
Of course he is innocent. The whole bloody system is at fault. Its a damn setup to hook the calm andquite. The Judiciary system in My Incredible India is sadly run by the media. Why dont you share some more technical information on this blog? I may be able to get some help for shinie through a guy in delhi who has done a documentary on 26/11.
We all know that Shiney is innocent and stand by him and are ready to support in any possible way. I have never heard house of a rape convict being sealed by forensics, never ever a fast track court handling such verdicts. Shiney has paid the price for being a celebrity. Trust me this can happen to any one of us. Tommorrow our maids can do this and we may be behind the bars. The girl later on said that Shiney is innocent. Why was this not considered. This verdict is mockery of the judicial system. The so called "evidences" on the basis of which the verdict was given proves nothing. nothing at all that would conclude rape. Seeing the facts of the case, I know shiney is innocent and was framed. No intercourse/rape. Looking at the "case timeline" tab of this blog, fast track is really not fast. Jun-14-2009 to Mar-30-2011. Its actually is a JOKE. Now when shiney moves to the High Court which has no provision for fast track, I wonder how much time (years), it will take to acquit him. Will he be considered a rapist convicted of the crime he did not commit. Same people who came in the limelight, pronounced him guilty without proof and to gain publicity should again come into the picture and help this poor man by reading the case facts and publically announcing him INNOCENT on TV/Media. If they dont, then SHAME on them. I can still live without their apology if they do come out and say it in public that shiney is innocent. Someone needs to put this blog url in Media -- newspapers, television. Hell just put the name of this blogsite on paper, xerox them and distribute.
