This is great news. First the HC accepted the appeal which shows they found something wrong with the judgement.
Now with granting bail HC has further proved that the judgement was "perverse and illigal".
HC should give shiney quick hearing dates and finish this case off within a month.

How could the media, police, judiciary all be blind.
With these case facts, even a person with IQ of 80 would know Shiney is innocent.
I was surprised why Shiney was not acquitted today itself.

This is big. I am glad that High court has some considerations and may the justice be done early on!

And yes , this news is a big slap on the faces of those who thought they got successful in their dirty plot!

Cheers to his family and all supporters.

Great news...I hope he gets fair judgement in High court.
Can not understand the bureaucratic system as inspite his bail he is still not out from jail yet.

UNBELIEVABLE -- its 30th April and saturday night which means the soonest he can be with his family is 2nd May.
By reading the details of the article by times of India, it seems there is someone working against Shiney and not just bureaucracy.

i read in case details of

http://fairjusticeforshineyahuja.com/case.html

"The girl admits that she was talking to Vilas R Mahatre between 3:20-3:30pm. The alleged time of rape is between 3.15 and 3.45pm."

why cant the court get the call records out for the girl's cell phone. if it is true she made calls that day and the day before then its all proved and its a 1 hr case.

WOW!!! and rfead this:

"Investigating officer has admitted that he did not investigate the Call Data Record of the girl as he did not think it was necessary to do so despite the defense’s specific case that the girl was talking on the phone at the time of the alleged rape. Her Call Data Record was suppressed to gag the truth."

shiney ahuja has gone thru hell for somethin he has neva done....and considerin the social stigma, whr media drive to their conclusions without givin the accussed to present his side of the story, hats off to him n his family for such level of endurance....it wud be a apt humane gesture if the high court comes out clean on shiney asap unlike draggin the case for a decade...
